Since the start of 2025, the authorities have added 15 unauthorised websites in the forex category and 8 in the crypto-asset derivatives category. Newly identified forex sites include www.alpexoplus.com, axetradecapital.com, b-group.pro, bitfinancial.info, cfd.eliteai-t.com, eliteai-t.com, globalcim.com, gryphoncapital.co, luxtious.com, roctec-europe.com, silverfleetcapital.pro, start.luxtious.com, vision-fs.com, vtmarketsfr.com and wiitrader.com, while the crypto-asset derivatives sites include ai-assets.net, www.bitunix.com, crownet.com, gpt-immediate.com, investbridge-capital.com, nova-finance.net, platform.pltf-tchg.io and web.lotradecoin.net. The full blacklists are published on the Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service and AMF websites, with the authorities noting they are frequently updated but not exhaustive, and advising investors to verify a firm’s authorisation status via the relevant official registers (including REGAFI and ORIAS) and the AMF list for crowdfunding service providers.
