Ukraine's National Commission on Securities and Stock Market amended its 2025 Regulatory Action Plan and approved a draft decision to amend the rules on information disclosure by securities issuers and by persons providing security for such securities. The Commission also adopted a set of decisions on securities issuance registration, licensing and supervision. On registration and licensing, it approved Appendix No. 5 to the base prospectus of corporate bonds of Activitis Financial Company LLC, registered issues of registered corporate bonds by GAMA UPGRADE LLC (series A) and CARDSERVICE LLC (series D), and approved the draft charter and share issue registration to form the initial authorized capital of JSC ZNVCIF TOWER INVEST. It also registered share issues for collective investment and the related prospectuses for JSC ZNVKIF VOX and JSC ZNVKIF VMK-CAPITAL, cancelled the registration and temporary registration certificate for the share issue intended to form the initial authorized capital of JSC ZNVCIF Inteco Capital, and terminated FC STOLITSA LLC’s license for professional activities in the capital markets covering property management for financing construction objects and or real estate transactions. In supervision actions, it amended its earlier decisions dated 25.09.2023 No. 1059 and No. 1060, prohibited changes to the depository accounting system and transactions relating to the securities of PJSC Haberdashery, and approved the appointment of senior officials at FC SYSTEMINVEST LLC and FC ZLAT GRAD-INVEST LLC.
