The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission held an expanded Party committee meeting to summarise its system-wide education campaign on implementing the Central Eight-point Regulation and to deploy follow-on actions aimed at consolidating outcomes and embedding conduct controls on a normalised, long-term basis. Chaired by Party secretary and head Li Yunze, the meeting reviewed the campaign’s “study, review and rectification” approach across the commission’s vertically managed structure and linked it to ongoing priorities including risk prevention and stronger supervision. Forward actions include tighter training and management for senior officials and other key groups such as newly promoted, younger and critical-post cadres, establishing routine mechanisms to identify and resolve conduct issues, strengthening supervision and disciplinary enforcement, and improving制度 mechanisms that unify the authorisation, use and control of power with clearer, transparent and traceable processes.
