Rwanda Capital Markets Authority Chief Executive Officer Romeo Ngarambe used the BK Group Investor Forum 2026 to underscore market-development priorities rather than announce a new regulatory measure. In remarks at the forum, he said the event provided a timely platform for dialogue on liquidity, capital flows and Rwanda’s ambition to become a financial hub, describing that discussion as the kind of practical, future-focused conversation needed to deepen the capital market. The forum took place as BK Group PLC marked its 60th anniversary and brought together investors, business leaders, policymakers, financial institutions and other market stakeholders. Discussions covered Rwanda’s investment landscape, Africa’s next growth phase and the role of capital in financing that growth, with particular focus on capital markets, regional integration and scalable investment opportunities.
