The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan said it will begin receiving citizens at the No. 2 Ganja regional ASAN service center from July 20, 2026, widening access to its in-person public services. The move is intended to reduce time lost in the reception process and improve convenience for citizens. The bank has accepted citizens since February at the ASAN-2 and ASAN-5 service centers in Baku. Regional access has also been expanded through an ASAN service center in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the No. 2 ASAN service center in Sumqayit, and citizen reception rooms at the central bank's territorial offices in Yevlakh and Bilasuvar. The bank also organizes mobile receptions in various cities and districts during the year.
