The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee required to complete the process for issuance of a securities practitioner certificate. The issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s accounts or paid directly at the State Securities Commission; transfer instructions require the payer to identify the certificate holder, identification document number and the type of certificate. If, within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practitioner certificate.
