The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee to complete the procedure for obtaining a securities practitioner certificate. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or directly at the Commission’s offices, with the transfer reference specifying the certificate recipient’s name, identification document number and the type of certificate. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date the Commission notifies the fee payment, the Commission will issue a decision annulling the issued certificate.
