The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ordered Fima Plus d.o.o. to immediately cease providing crypto-asset services without the authorization required under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. The company must return client assets and inform clients about the measures and return arrangements. The agency found that between July 1, 2025, and Jan. 23, 2026, Fima Plus executed crypto-asset orders for individuals and legal entities and provided custody services. It received client funds into its own bank account, traded crypto-assets for clients through foreign platforms and held client funds and crypto-assets in accounts opened in the company’s name.
