From 3 to 5 November 2025, Zhou Liang, a Party committee member and deputy head of China’s National Financial Regulatory Administration, visited Hong Kong to attend and speak at the Fourth International Financial Leaders Investment Summit, held meetings with Financial Secretary Chen Maobo, Hong Kong Monetary Authority Deputy Chief Executive Ruan Guoheng and Hong Kong Insurance Authority Chairman Yao Jianhua and Chief Executive Zhang Yunzheng, and conducted research visits to Chinese-funded institutions operating in Hong Kong.
