The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan granted Insurance Company Freedom Finance Insurance JSC licence No. 2.1.28, issued under the Deputy Chair’s Order No. B-60 of 12 March 2025, to conduct insurance and reinsurance in the general insurance segment for mandatory civil liability insurance of private notaries and, on a voluntary basis, insurance of financial institutions’ losses, excluding the classes specified in Article 6(3)(13)–(16) of Kazakhstan’s Law on Insurance Activity.

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of Kazakhstan has issued licence No. 2.1.28 to Insurance Company Freedom Finance Insurance JSC. This licence permits the company to conduct insurance and reinsurance in the general insurance segment, covering mandatory civil liability insurance for private notaries and voluntary insurance of financial institutions’ losses, excluding certain classes specified in Kazakhstan’s Law on Insurance Activity.
