The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has introduced a template that UCITS management companies and alternative investment fund managers managing open-ended funds must use to report the activation or deactivation of suspensions and other liquidity management tools. This includes suspensions of subscriptions, repurchases and redemptions. A separate notification must be submitted for each fund, and multiple funds cannot be combined in one filing. The existing suspension notification form on virk.dk will be unavailable during a transitional period. The reporting requirements arise from liquidity management rules that took effect on April 16, 2026.
