The Central Bank of the Philippines (BSP) issued supervisory instructions for all rural banks and cooperative banks to shift to live submission of the Enhanced Comprehensive Credit and Equity Exposures Report of 2023 (COCREE 2.0), starting with the 30 September 2025 reporting period. Live submissions must be transmitted via the BRMS-COCREE 2.0 Live Module (BRMS-LM). For rural and cooperative banks (RCBs), the 30 September 2025 report is due by 28 November 2025, the 31 December 2025 report is due by 19 February 2026, and reporting from 31 March 2026 onwards is due 25 business days after the reference period. RCBs confirmed by the Credit Reporting System Unit (CRSU) to have completed two pilot reporting cycles may proceed with their maiden live submission; those commencing live submission by 28 November 2025 receive a grace period covering three reporting periods, provided they remain actively engaged in live submissions through BRMS-LM. RCBs that cannot commence live submission by 28 November 2025 may continue pilot testing via the BRMS-COCREE 2.0 Sandbox (BRMS-SB) until 30 January 2026, after which the sandbox will be closed. RCBs that begin live submission after 28 November 2025 but before the sandbox closes receive penalty relief only for the maiden reporting period (30 September 2025), while penalties for reporting violations apply from the 30 September 2025 reporting period for RCBs not covered by the stated grace arrangements.
