The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that SCSS Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of MIRAM RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD, has notified the regulator of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF93) under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. Until the dissolution and liquidation process is completed, the RAIF will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice indicating it is “under liquidation”. Once the process is completed and all required documentation is submitted, CySEC will delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register in line with Article 138(9) of the law.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announces MIRAM RAIF has initiated dissolution and liquidation
SCSS Fund Management Ltd has notified the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) of the initiation of the dissolution and liquidation of MIRAM RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The RAIF will remain listed as "under liquidation" until the process is completed, after which CySEC will remove it from the RAIFs Register per Article 138(9).
