The Dubai Financial Services Authority has amended its Rulebook following the close of consultation on proposed legislative changes in Consultation Paper No. 171. The DFSA Board adopted two rule-making instruments covering the Prudential – Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking Business Module and the Conduct of Business Module, with both changes taking effect on 2 July 2026. The notice states that the final legislation may differ from what was originally proposed during consultation. Updated versions of the relevant modules will replace the existing text on the DFSA website when the changes come into force, while earlier versions will remain available in the archive.
