Hong Kong's Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau announced that the Chief Executive has appointed the chairperson and panel members of the Stablecoin Review Tribunal under the Stablecoins Ordinance. The appointments run for a three-year term from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2028. Mr Douglas Lam Tak-yip, SC was appointed as chairperson, with Professor Allen Huang Hao, Ms Vivien Khoo, Mr Robert Andrew Lui Chi-wang, Mr Andrew Mak Yip-shing, Mr Philip Ng Kim-lam, and Mr Patrick Siu Tsz-him appointed as panel members. Established under the Ordinance, the Tribunal reviews specified decisions of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority made under the Ordinance upon receipt of appeals.

Hong Kong's Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau announced the appointment of Mr. Douglas Lam Tak-yip, SC as chairperson and six panel members to the Stablecoin Review Tribunal under the Stablecoins Ordinance. The Tribunal, established to review decisions by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, will serve a three-year term from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2028.
