Ukraine’s National Securities and Stock Market Commission has warned the public against dealing with Anna Kovalenko and the related Private Enterprise Asset Management Company Kovalenko Pro Invest following an increase in complaints about their activities. Neither Kovalenko nor the company holds any license, authorization or approval from the commission, and they are not permitted to provide investment, financial or brokerage services in Ukraine. According to the commission, Kovalenko presents herself through Telegram channels as a licensed trader and investment adviser, solicits funds for purported investments and fails to return financial assets. She also displays documents resembling licenses that were purportedly issued by nonexistent foreign regulators. The commission urged investors to verify providers through its official records and advised affected individuals or those with relevant information to report the matter to the National Police of Ukraine.
