The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance has invited insurance-sector professionals and other interested stakeholders to take part in the XXIII Annual Conference on Insurance Regulation and Supervision in Latin America (ASSAL-IAIS 2025), to be held on 27–28 March at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange. The conference is jointly organised by the Argentina Superintendency of Insurance, the Association of Latin American Insurance Supervisors (ASSAL) and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS). The programme includes sessions on the insurance sector outlook for 2025–2030, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, regional supervisory and market challenges, natural and catastrophic risks (NatCat), and the role of insurance markets in supporting capital markets. The Ministry of Economy is expected to participate in the opening, and Superintendent Guillermo Plate will welcome attendees.
