The Angola Capital Markets Commission reported that it participated in the fifth edition of the International Fair of Cooperation, Integration, Friendship and Development (FIENACO 2025) on 28 and 29 May, presenting key investment opportunities in Angola’s capital markets as part of efforts to broaden the investor base. Held at the Paz Flor Cultural Center under the theme “Integration, Friendship and Development” and aligned with celebrations marking 50 years of national independence, the fair highlighted achievements including attracting foreign investment and diversifying the economy, as well as opportunities for cooperation with international partners. The Commission was represented on the first day by Dr. Sebastião Manuel (adviser to the Board of Directors) and on the second day by Jailma de Sá Nogueira and Denise Pitta Grós, with Grós presenting existing capital markets instruments and investment services and linking the outreach to improving financial literacy, supporting market growth, and encouraging new players and segments.
