The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring four individuals to pay the prescribed fee to complete the process for reissuing securities practising certificates. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office or paid directly at the State Securities Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the reissued certificate within one year of the fee-payment notice, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the reissued certificate.
