The Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMMC) has approved the prospectus for an ordinary bond issuance by RCI Finance Maroc, with an overall ceiling of MAD 900,000,000. The issuance comprises three unlisted tranches: Tranche A (two-year), Tranche B (three-year) and Tranche C (four-year). The bonds repay at maturity and are allocated via a prorated auction. The coupon is revisable every 13 weeks and, for the first 13 weeks, is set by reference to the 13-week rate derived from the secondary 13-week Treasury bill yield curve that Bank Al-Maghrib will publish on 4 December 2025, plus a risk premium of 45 bps (Tranche A), 55 bps (Tranche B) or 65 bps (Tranche C). The prospectus indicates a subscription period from 5 to 9 November 2025. The approved documentation consists of the FY2024 reference document, an update to that reference document, and the offering document, and is made available via the issuer and the AMMC websites.
