The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Office of Economic Analysis, Risk Management and Integrity, has extended the deadline for its survey on investors’ perceptions of the Lâmina de Ofertas Públicas (Public Offerings Sheet) to 14 April 2026. The input will support a Regulatory Outcome Analysis assessing the effectiveness of the recent regulatory changes to Brazil’s public offerings regime. The questionnaire, which takes around three minutes to complete, is available until 14 April 2026, with responses collected anonymously and used exclusively for the technical study. The analysis focuses on the impact of changes implemented under CVM Resolutions 160 and 161, including the introduction of the Lâmina under Resolution 160 to simplify communication of essential offer features to potential investors, and forms part of CVM’s 2026 Regulatory Agenda.
