France's Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) published a summary of its short, thematic SPOT supervisory controls on digitalised customer journeys offered to non-professional clients for subscribing to and placing orders in financial instruments. The review forms part of the AMF’s work on investor protection and follows through on a programme announced in its 2025 supervisory priorities. The SPOT missions covered four credit institutions authorised to provide investment services.
