Vietnam State Securities Commission Vice Chairman Ha Duy Tung attended and delivered the opening remarks. In his remarks, Ha Duy Tung highlighted the stock market’s role as an effective medium and long-term funding channel for businesses and noted the sharp increase in retail investor participation in recent years, including more active engagement from younger investors. The programme featured contributions from the Center and SSI experts on market fundamentals, investment methods and strategies, and practical cautions to limit investment risks, alongside a panel discussion on current investment trends and the opportunities and challenges for investors in the context of the market being upgraded.
