The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted a set of decisions spanning rulemaking and market registrations, including amendments to an existing Commission decision and its 2025 Plan of Normative Activities. It also approved the Commission’s certificate on a draft law to amend Ukraine’s audit framework and registered changes to the Rules for Clearing Activities of Ukrainian Resource Exchange LLC. On registration matters, it registered the report on the results of a share issue by JSC INSURANCE COMPANY KRAINA and registered changes to the share issue prospectus, the share issue registration and a replacement registration certificate for JSC ZNVCIF ENLIV. It canceled the registration of the issues and prospectuses of investment certificates and the registration certificates for PZNVIF Vector and PZNVIF Monolith, both managed by LLC AMC GARANTIA – INVEST, and approved the appointment of the Director of AMC ALTARES CAPITAL LLC.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted decisions on rulemaking and market registrations, including amendments to its 2025 Plan of Normative Activities and Ukraine's audit framework. It registered changes to share issue documents for JSC INSURANCE COMPANY KRAINA and JSC ZNVCIF ENLIV, while canceling registrations for PZNVIF Vector and PZNVIF Monolith. The Commission also approved the appointment of the Director of AMC ALTARES CAPITAL LLC.
