The Brazil Securities Commission's Corporate Relations Superintendence has canceled ex officio the public company registrations of Blue Tech Solution EQI S.A. and the bankruptcy estate of Tecnosolo Engenharia S.A. after those registrations remained suspended for more than 12 months in a case linked to a failure to provide information to the regulator. The cancellation means securities issued by the companies can no longer be admitted to trading on regulated markets, including organized over the counter markets, stock exchanges, and unorganized over the counter markets. The notice also states that the cancellations do not release the companies, their controlling shareholders, or their managers from liability for any violations committed before the registrations were canceled.
