The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has registered Maghrebail’s reference document covering the 2024 financial year and the first half of 2025, as part of the annual update of the information dossier for its finance company bills programme. Following the registration (reference EN/EM/004/2026), the updated dossier consists of the newly registered reference document and the programme note previously registered on 11 February 2022 (reference EN/EM/005/2022). The Moroccan Capital Market Authority has registered Maghrebail’s reference document for the 2024 financial year and the first half of 2025, updating its finance company bills programme dossier. The updated dossier includes the new reference document and a programme note from February 2022.
