Ireland's Department of Finance has launched a public consultation on the implementation of the Capital Requirements Directive VI. Submissions are accepted from 16 January 2025 until 14 February 2025, and responses received after the deadline may not be considered. The department requests that respondents provide contact details and indicate whether they are contributing as a professional adviser, representative body, business representative or member of the public.
