The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of SAVINGS – Sociedade Distribuidora de Valores Mobiliários (SDVM), S.A., authorising it to operate as a securities distributor. The authorisation covers receiving and transmitting client orders, executing client orders on regulated markets and off-market, dealing on own account, and providing registration, deposit and custody services. SAVINGS may also assist with public offerings and provide corporate finance advice on capital structure, industrial strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as carry out placements and underwriting in public offerings (with and without guarantee), grant credit including securities lending for transactions in which it participates as lender, and provide foreign exchange services necessary to deliver these services in line with foreign exchange legislation.
