The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for the issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission or paid directly at the Commission; if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the granted certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee and collection deadline for securities practice certificates
