The Slovenia Insurance Supervision Agency has published a revised supervisory position on outsourced activities, reflecting findings from its supervisory work and aiming to support more consistent regulatory reporting. The revised position fully replaces the Agency’s earlier positions on outsourced activities issued in 2021 and supplemented in 2022, while leaving unchanged its separate position on the outsourcing of a key function, which remains in force. The update also incorporates provisions from the recent amendments to Slovenia’s Insurance Act (ZZavar-1D). The revised position will start to apply 15 days after publication on the Agency’s website.
