The Angola Capital Markets Commission reported on its participation in ANGOTIC 2026, where a senior regulatory policy official discussed the proposed crowdfunding law during a panel on June 11. In that event setting, the Commission's presentation focused on the proposal's main features and framed it as a measure linked to financial inclusion, the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and investor protection. The discussion took place within a panel dedicated to crowdfunding law at the ANGOTIC international information and communication technologies forum in Luanda, held from June 11 to 13. The Commission's representative also addressed the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing the proposed law, alongside participants from the crowdfunding and financial innovation ecosystem.
