The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete the process for re-issuance of securities practice certificates, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and may be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.
