The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published a set of registration and licensing decisions that revoke two share issue registrations, suspend one professional capital markets licence, and approve a series of senior appointments at regulated market participants. The registration actions cover JSC ZNVKIF Paritet Invest Resurs and JSC ZNVKIF Bekton, while the licence action affects Financial Company Zhytlo-Capital LLC. The Commission cancelled the registration of the share issue and the temporary certificate for the share issue intended to form the initial charter capital of JSC ZNVKIF Paritet Invest Resurs. It also cancelled the registration of the share issue or issues, the equity prospectus or prospectuses, and the share issue registration certificate of JSC ZNVKIF Bekton. In addition, it suspended the licence of Financial Company Zhytlo-Capital LLC for professional activity in the capital markets involving property management for financing construction projects and or conducting real estate transactions. Separately, the Commission approved appointments at Financial Company Delta LLC, Spike-Invest LLC, Oniksiva LLC, KUA Finek Asset Management LLC, KUA Pro Capital Asset Management LLC, and PJSC Prykarpatska Investment Company Prinkom, including board, compliance, internal audit, risk, financial monitoring, and supervisory board roles.
