The Hong Kong Academy of Finance, chaired by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, has opened applications for the 2026 intake of its Financial Leaders Programme, a part-time leadership programme for senior financial executives. The next cohort is expected to commence in April 2026. The programme runs for around nine months and targets promising executives with diverse backgrounds who are approximately one to two levels below chief executive officer. It is supported by Hong Kong’s financial regulators and participating institutions, and is positioned as a platform for strategic leadership development, cross-sector engagement and professional network-building. Applications are accepted from 12 November to 14 December 2025.
