The Central Bank of Russia, together with the Russian Ministry of Finance, has opened the second All-Russian Financial Culture Capital Competition, inviting each region to submit projects intended to promote financial culture nationwide and spread successful financial literacy practices. Winning projects will receive informational, expert, and methodological support, and winning regions will host the annual closing conference on best practices in financial literacy. The competition has been held annually since 2024 following a decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, with winners receiving Financial Culture Capital status for one year; the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Nizhny Novgorod Region won the previous edition. Regions can submit their projects through 20 October 2025.
