The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an accompanying list to pay the statutory fee to complete the process for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or in person at the Commission, with the payment description required to include the certificate holder’s name and identification details. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the re-issued certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been granted.
