The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that ARGUS MANAGEMENT LTD, the external manager of ORES NOVUS RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (RAIF159; LEI 213800B3BGBFO8L4NL68), has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the process is completed and all required documents have been submitted.
