The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority announced that it has removed Al-Nokhitha Fund from its Investment Funds Register, following the fund’s licence cancellation and liquidation process. The action implements Article III of Resolution No. (76) of 2024, issued on 12 June 2024, which provided for lifting the fund’s registration after completion of the liquidation work and the Authority’s procedures to appoint a liquidator. The deregistration took effect on 8 July 2025.
