The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has issued a public warning and updated its blacklist of websites that are offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services illegally in France. Since the start of 2025, the AMF has added 19 names to its list of unauthorized sites. Newly identified websites include app.upifex.org, bextradefx.online, investi-ray.io, investixcrypto.com, nonkyc.io, trader-ai.cc, upifex.com, www.pionex.com, www.tapbit.com and zeriafunding.com. The blacklist is available via the AMF website and the Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service (ABEIS) website, is updated frequently, and is not intended to be exhaustive. To check whether a provider is authorised to operate in France, the AMF points users to its whitelist of Digital Asset Service Providers (PSAN) registered or approved with the AMF and Crypto-Asset Service Providers (PSCA) authorised by the AMF.
