The National Bank of Serbia said individuals can use DinaCard to pay the third 2026 property tax installment free of charge at Treasury Administration counters by the August 14 deadline, with fee-free payments also available for certain other taxes and farmers’ mandatory social insurance contributions and low-fee payments available for other public revenue liabilities and bills.
