The revocation was based on the firm’s systematic failure to comply with written instructions from the authorised body. Customers with outstanding obligations under microcredit agreements remain responsible for meeting their contractual duties and may be held liable for breaches under the terms of those agreements. Within 30 calendar days from the revocation decision, the firm must either re-register by removing “Credit Partnership” and any related wording or abbreviations implying microcredit provision from its name, or decide on reorganisation or liquidation.
