The authority also reiterated that its FinTech framework for non-bank financial activities includes rules on outsourcing and cloud computing, digital identity, data management and governance, and cybersecurity, while Decision No. 139 of 2023 sets the framework for technology infrastructure and information systems for firms seeking to conduct non-bank financial activities using FinTech.
