The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate as part of completing the authorisation process, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission. Payment details must specify the certificate holder’s name, identity document number and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the fee-payment notification, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.
