The Financial Superintendence of Colombia (SFC) published an update on five strategic projects being used to drive changes in Colombia’s financial system, and presented a new Basic Legal Circular under its regulatory optimisation programme. The update was delivered at an event hosted at the SFC’s headquarters with participation from supervised financial institutions, industry associations and academia. The five projects covered were regulatory optimisation, open finance, digital supervision, optimal risk management and institutional modernisation, with supporting presentation materials released on each workstream.
