The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic suspended the licence of the Dimayk exchange bureau for breaches of Kyrgyz legislation and National Bank regulations and imposed an administrative fine on an individual for conducting cash foreign currency exchange operations without a licence in Bishkek. The suspension applies from 22 November to 6 December 2025 inclusive and covers licence No. 6524 dated 4 May 2023 for Dimayk LLC, located at 115/2 Ibraimova Street, Dordoi-Plaza 2 shopping centre, Bishkek. Separately, a Kyrgyz citizen identified as A.B.N. was fined KGS 17,500 for unlicensed cash foreign exchange activity in Bishkek.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic suspended the licence of Dimayk exchange bureau for regulatory breaches and fined an individual KGS 17,500 for unlicensed foreign currency exchange operations in Bishkek. The suspension of licence No. 6524 is effective from 22 November to 6 December 2025.
