The appointee will lead the regulator’s strategy, operations and resources, with responsibility for licensing, market supervision, investigations, enforcement, prudential oversight and compliance with anti-money laundering, counterterrorist financing and proliferation financing requirements. The role also covers capital-market development, responsible innovation, financial sustainability, governance and stakeholder engagement. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s and postgraduate degree, at least 10 years of senior management experience including five years at executive level, and a record of strategic leadership and capital-markets experience.
