Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh Branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai Branch), or paid directly at the Commission, with the payment reference including the certificate holder’s name and identity document or passport number. If, within one year from the fee-payment notice, an individual does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
