The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) participated in a virtual technical meeting convened under the Non-bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) to review and provide comments on two draft Prakas affecting the real estate sector. The drafts covered a proposed code of conduct for real estate developers and proposed procedures for dispute resolution in the real estate business, both associated with the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator. The session was chaired by Ros Seilava, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice Chairman of the FSA, and attended by management and technical officials from the FSA General Secretariat and the regulators and units under the FSA.
