Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued a new Board of Commissioners Regulation refining its internal process for drafting OJK rules, including changing the nomenclature and legal form of OJK Circular Letters (Surat Edaran OJK, SEOJK) into Member of the Board of Commissioners Regulations (Peraturan Anggota Dewan Komisioner, PADK). PADK will now be structured as a regulation similar in format to OJK Regulations (Peraturan OJK, POJK), with the main body limited to general (principal) provisions and technical substance set out in the annexes. Previously issued SEOJK remain in force and are to be interpreted as PADK until the relevant provisions are amended or updated.
