Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has issued Securities House Company a licence to conduct the securities activity of custodian for a renewable three-year period. The authorisation follows the company’s application under Resolution No. (169) of 2025 and is issued pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2010 establishing the Capital Markets Authority and regulating securities activities, and its executive bylaws and amendments. The licence term runs for three years from the date the Authority’s licence certificate is issued, in line with the resolution’s requirements.
